Here is the official nonofficial how to have twins test. I figure if most of the popular magazines and websites offer a test on if your twin compatible, I could to.
Question 1: Do you have twins running in yours or your significant others family tree?
Question 2: Are you between the ages of 30 – 40 years old?
Question 3: Are you thinking about or are going to use assistance in fertilization?
Question 4: Have you had an affair with the milkman who is a twin?
Question 5: Have you always felt like you were destined to have twins?
If you have answered yes to any of the question above you have a significantly higher chance of having twins then the average 1% – 1.2%. If you answered yes to number 4 good luck with the twins and other issues that come with that. Hahaha.
Most people ask me was it easier to have the twins after having my first baby or is it easier to have the twins first then a single child. My answer to that is 2 fold. I don’t know any other way than having a single child first then twins, as that is the order that my kids came in. I can tell you this based off of my experiences. Having one child is already life changing as it is from no kids. So one could argue that taking steps into parenthood is the better path. However, going in not knowing any difference also has its benefits. After having twins to begin with your life instantly changes and then only adding one child to your fold would seem much easier.
Every person is challenged differently and experiences life differently. Like all my messages, I like to say just hope for a healthy happy baby or babies no matter which order they come in to this life.
